Interview questions help scholars understand and explore research objectives, experiences, phenomena, and opinions. Good interview questions are open-ended to enable interviewees to provide in-depth information about a specific topic. The six interview questions developed as part of the discovery phase of Appreciate Inquiry (AI) relating to how hybrid PTA programs stimulate learning and conversations concerning individuals’ and organizations’ desired future comprise lead-in, backward, and forward questions. 

Why do you think AI is important in hybrid PTA programs in education?

The lead-in question aligns with the affirmative topic choice and the themes I uncovered in my scholarly sources review. Specifically, it enables interviewees to explain the need to shift from residential conventional to hybrid flipped classroom model. Additionally, the question allows individuals to describe the importance of a hybrid flipped classroom framework in physical therapist assistant programs. Therefore, the lead-in question is essential in introducing the interviewees to the affirmative choice topic.

How do residential conventional classroom models contribute to the need for hybrid flipped classroom frameworks in the PTA programs?

This question invites interviewees to remember high-point experiences within the education sector. Accordingly, it enables individuals to discuss the benefits and limitations that necessitated a hybrid flipped classroom model in physical therapist assistant programs within the education field (Whitney, 2010). Moreover, the query aligns with my affirmative topic choice and the themes I uncovered in my scholarly sources review. For instance, the question enables interviewees to understand why shifting from traditional residential to hybrid flipped classroom models in physical therapist assistant programs. Thus, the backward question helps people remember experiences relating to residential conventional and hybrid flipped classroom models within the education field.

These forward questions elicit the hopes, dreams, as well as aspirations of the education field as they relate to multiculturalism, diversity, and inclusion. Specifically, the questions play an important role in enabling interviewees to comprehend how attributes such as multiculturalism, inclusion, and diversity foster professionalism in the AI context. They encourage individuals to study how these techniques embrace a positive strategy for leadership development and organizational transformation. For instance, including individuals from different cultural, racial, and economic backgrounds promotes effective communication channels, conflict management, recognition, and self-identity in the education field (Dalton & Crosby, 2013). The questions help interviewees understand that shifting from residential conventional to hybrid flipped classroom models is important to achieve student and teachers collaboration irrespective of the cultural, social, and racial background.  

In conclusion, interview questions are important parts of the AI discovery phase since they demonstrate how hybrid PTA programs stimulate learning and conversations about people’s and firms’ desired future. Lead-in questions introduce interviewees to the affirmative choice topic. Backward queries remind individuals about experiences relating to the affirmative topic choice. Lastly, forward questions address multiculturalism, diversity, and inclusion attributes to elicit hopes, dreams, and aspirations within the education field. Therefore, interview questions are vital precepts in the AI discovery phase.
