This paper defines democracy and goes on to explain its importance in a country. The country that the paper focuses on in this explanation is Indonesia. It explains how Indonesia struggled with the tyrannical rule for three decades before finally transitioning into democracy in 1998. A number of challenges of promoting democracy are also outlined, for example, the existing difficulties in upholding the constitution. The paper finally draws on the relationship between democracy and globalization.

Similar, she needs to improve the way she communicates with people. The story is interesting but it is engulfed in a somber mood because the theme is about how the narrator’s beloved mother bravely fought cancer but unfortunately ended up losing the battle. The narrator ends the story by stating that death is inevitable, and for this reason he has learned to view his mother’s death as a springboard that he can use to confront future problems.

            As a creative short story, this article is of utmost importance because it provides an example of how best to write a creative piece of literary work in order to deliver a compelling message.

Tantoso, Monica. Winter 2015. BIS 347A History of American Documentary Film. “Movie Analysis”.

This paper analyzes two documentaries: “Sicko” and “Gasland” using the dimension of ethics. The aim of the author is to demonstrate that documentaries should be viewed as social acts that have a role to play in ethics and morality. The author concludes that the two documentaries are a success because they have addressed ethical and moral issues relating to the U.S. healthcare system and the effects of natural gas drilling on society.

This paper is useful because it addresses an important areas of inquiry for communication scholar, which is the analysis of documentaries.
