There are a number of personality traits and behaviors that Homeland Security or Public Safety-leaders must possess in order to be effective. Leaders can have any combination of these traits, but regardless, they must build and maintain a supportive power base in order to continue leading, possess a future orientation with the will to accomplish, and be able to relate to people. Choose a Homeland Security or Public Safety Leader and list the personality traits that leader displayed.
