Create an executive summary for my companies Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs. MDF programs are used by Storeworks (my company) to get our partners to participate in the funding of specific marketing efforts. There are countless ways to utilize these funds. These funds don’t work for everything – for instance, we don’t typically want to produce marketing collaterals that contain our partner’s logos. However, for the funding of customer/partner events like sports events, etc they can work. Also, when we place our partners’ logos on our website splash page, they will give us $$ to aid in the cost of website maintenance. I need to come up with an executive summary stating my why use MDFs, how we use them, and who our partners are. Our partners include: Zebra technologies, HP, ELO, Ingenico, Verifone, Espon, Honeywell, Bluebird, Industry Weapon, Aurus, RetailNext, and Microsoft.
