Your task is to create a PowerPoint presentation for those persons who will be administering the performance appraisals.
The following content should be present in the PowerPoint presentation.
A discussion of four (4) common dangers in filling out rating-scale appraisals. Five (5) recommendations on how to avoid appraisal problems. Four (4) tips/techniques for delivering an employee performance appraisal, such as making some suggestions about how to have a performance appraisal meeting or interview with an employee.
