In recent weeks, there has been a great deal of attention on matters such as the budget, the “sequester” (automatic budget cuts), and the necessity of making tough financial choices. It has seemed, however, that the House of Representatives and the Senate cannot agree on a plan. What do you think the President could do or should do to help this process?
