Restorative Justice/ House Arrest

Do restorative justice methods work and how do we measure success? Research and share an example of a restorative justice program.

Question 2) House Arrest and GPS
What are the disadvantages and/or criticisms of house arrest? What is GPS and does it have a future in community corrections?.
