1. Should the constitution recognize Quebec as a distinct society, or alternatively, as a nation within Canada? What might be the implications?
2. Should environmental rights be inserted into the Charter of Rights of Freedoms? Why? Why not?
3. Which level of government in Canada should be dominant in your view, the federal or the provincial level?
