Did you feel mad, uneasy, fearful, engaged, sympathetic, etc.? Were you able to diffuse the situation? Do you feel the outcome was satisfactory? With the new knowledge, do you feel if given the opportunity that you would do or say anything differently?*Please do not state the person(s) name or employment, employer, or any type of indicator in the example shared.Your journal entry must be at least 200 words in length.
